HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
If you know what you are looking for, use the MEN, WOMEN and SALE links.
Once you have found an item, select your size and desired colour, then use the 'ADD TO BASKET' button underneath.
Review the items in your shopping basket by selecting the 'MY BASKET' link in the top right corner of the page. Here you can use the 'REMOVE ITEM' link to delete items from your shopping basket.
Click on 'GO TO CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
HOW WILL I KNOW OUTDOOR INTERNATIONAL HAS RECEIVED MY ORDER?
You will be sent a confirmation email upon receiving your order and once it has been despatched from the UK Distribution Centre you will be sent another confirmation email with a courier tracking number and link to the courier’s website.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All items are in stock unless "Sold Out" is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping basket, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES OUTDOOR INTERNATIONAL ACCEPT?
You can pay for items using Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, Electron, Google Checkout or PayPal. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

HOW DO I CHANGE CURRENCY?
You are viewing the UK version of our website and will be billed in British Pounds. If you are shipping to Europe, your order will be charged to Euros at the checkout.
To change currency, simply click the ‘£GBP’ link next to the search bar and chose your preferred option.
HOW MUCH WILL I BE PAID IN DUTIES AND TAXES?
For international shipping outside of the UK, the recipient is responsible for settling directly with Local Government Authorities or Carriers any Customs Duties and/or Taxes levied as a result of importing item(s) into that Country. For more information see our Shipping Costs page.
HOW SOON CAN I GET MY ORDER AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
While we hope that you are happy with your purchases from Outdoor International, you can return any item to us within 28 days of receiving your original order, including sale items. View our Exchanges/Returns page for more information.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs).
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order online at any time using 'My Account'. Sign in to your account and click the 'Order' tab. All orders placed will be shown with the newest order first. Select the order that you wish to view to see full details.
I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have forgotten your password, follow the 'Forgotten Password?' instructions on the 'Sign in' page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT?
To change your account details, go to 'My Account' and sign into your account using your email address and password. Click 'Account Details' and update your details and remember to 'Save Changes'.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order items are selected items from our new season collection that are available for order up to twelve weeks prior to despatch from our UK Distribution Centre. Pre-order items will have an estimated despatch date shown on the product details page. Please note that this is an estimated date and actual delivery may be earlier or later. Full payment will be charged upon despatch.
WHAT IS A BACK-ORDER?
Back-order items are items that we are awaiting delivery of into our UK Distribution Centre. Once back-order items are added to 'My Basket,' they will also be marked at checkout with the estimated despatch date. Back-order items will be authorised for payment at the time they are ordered, and full payment will be charged upon despatch.
